Carving Stations

Top Sirloin

Marinated in garlic and herbs, slow roasted to medium rare. Served with horseradish cream and sliced silver dollar rolls.

Herb Crusted Prime Rib

Choice ribeye rubbed with fresh garlic, rosemary and cracked black pepper oven roasted to medium rare. Served with horseradish cream and silver dollar rolls.

Grilled Marinated Tenderloin

A whole trimmed tenderloin marinated in red wine, olive oil, garlic and herbs, grilled on an open fire to medium rare Served with horseradish cream and sliced silver dollar rolls.

Herb Marinated Slow Roasted Turkey Breast

A whole boneless turkey breast marinated with garlic and herbs slow roasted. Served with sundried tomato, mayonnaise and sliced silver dollar rolls

Honey Dijon Roasted Pit Ham

A boneless ham rubbed with honey and dijon then slow roasted Served with stone ground mustard sauce and sliced silver dollar rolls

Teriyaki Marinated Grilled Pork Loin

Boneless center cut pork loin marinated in teriyaki, garlic and oriental spices, flame grilled and served with sweet mayonnaise and sliced rolls

Tender pieces of boneless chicken, gulf shrimp, scallops and tri-colored peppers. Skewered, marinated and grilled

Pasta Stations

Seafood Farfalle

Shrimp, scallops and Blue crab meat sautéed with shallots, garlic, herbs and chardonnay in a rich saffron cream sauce Served with tri-colored bow tie pasta

Fettucine Carbonara

Prosciutto ham, mushrooms, onions and garlic sautéed in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Served with fettuccine and shredded Romano cheese

Penne A La Vodka

Al dente penne pasta sautéed with prosciutto ham in marinara sauce Finished with whole butter, vodka and cream

Chicken and Sausage Arabiatta

Tender pieces of boneless chicken and Italian sausage with sautéed with garlic and herbs in a zesty marinara sauce. Served with mostaccioli pasta and shredded Romano cheese.

Pasta Primavera

Grilled Portobello mushrooms, roasted peppers, onions, garlic, broccoli, carrots and zucchini sautéed with olive oil and herbs, served with tri- colored rotini pasta

Smoked Chicken Breast Tortellini

Tender pieces of smoked chicken breast sautéed with onions, and mushrooms and peppers in a sundried tomato cream sauce. Served with tri-colored cheese filled tortellini.

Omelet Station

Light fluffy omelets prepared to order by our Chef. Fillings include: diced ham, bacon, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.

Fajita Station

Marinated grilled flank steak and chicken breast, pan seared with garlic, spices, peppers and onions. Served with warm flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Oriental Stir Fry

Marinated strips of boneless chicken breast and sliced marinated flank steak stir fried with onions, peppers, celery, carrots, bok choy, straw mushrooms. water chestnuts, broccoli and bean sprouts in a sweet soy sauce Served with steamed white rice.
