Boneless center cut pork loin marinated in teriyaki, garlic and oriental spices, flame grilled and served with sweet mayonnaise and sliced rolls

Pasta Stations
Shrimp, scallops and Blue crab meat sautéed with shallots, garlic, herbs and chardonnay in a rich saffron cream sauce Served with tri-colored bow tie pasta
Prosciutto ham, mushrooms, onions and garlic sautéed in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Served with fettuccine and shredded Romano cheese
Al dente penne pasta sautéed with prosciutto ham in marinara sauce Finished with whole butter, vodka and cream
Tender pieces of boneless chicken and Italian sausage with sautéed with garlic and herbs in a zesty marinara sauce. Served with mostaccioli pasta and shredded Romano cheese.
Grilled Portobello mushrooms, roasted peppers, onions, garlic, broccoli, carrots and zucchini sautéed with olive oil and herbs, served with tri- colored rotini pasta
Tender pieces of smoked chicken breast sautéed with onions, and mushrooms and peppers in a sundried tomato cream sauce. Served with tri-colored cheese filled tortellini.
Other Chef Stations
Light fluffy omelets prepared to order by our Chef. Fillings include: diced ham, bacon, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.
Marinated grilled flank steak and chicken breast, pan seared with garlic, spices, peppers and onions. Served with warm flour tortillas, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Marinated strips of boneless chicken breast and sliced marinated flank steak stir fried with onions, peppers, celery, carrots, bok choy, straw mushrooms. water chestnuts, broccoli and bean sprouts in a sweet soy sauce Served with steamed white rice.
